I was fortunate to be awarded the Austin and Hope Pilkington Trust Scholarship, as well as to receive support from the Music and Dance Scheme throughout my studies. Coming from a background where my family could not have afforded this with no financial aid, especially given the large difference in currency rates, this help was absolutely essential. Without it, I would not have had access to the unique and world-class training available in the UK.
This support opened the door to a life-changing education at Purcell, where I was challenged, inspired, and given opportunities that shaped me as both a violinist and a musician. Among the highlights was the chance to perform at Wigmore Hall on multiple occasions, representing the School alongside other exceptionally talented musicians. Experiences like these provided the foundation for the artistic and professional path I am now pursuing, and I remain deeply grateful to the Trusts and schemes whose generosity made it possible.
